This wine was vinted from the grapes of Sumac Slope Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, BC.
Careful decisions made by the growers and winemakers working together has resulted in a unique character specific to this wine. Ideal growing conditions resulted in flavours of black cherries and plums, lending it well to pairing with duck and veal dishes.
