PINOT AUXERROIS
The Pinot Auxerrois grapes were primarily grown in our own Gray Monk vineyards. The grapes were harvested at perfect readiness and great flavours.
Pale lemon in colour, this wine has a fruity aroma with muted notes of lime. The complex layers of fruit flavour suggest peaches and sweetened rhubarb with a refreshing underlying acidity. Served chilled, this wine is delicious on its own, with salads, seafood or poultry.
